Life’s challenges are compounding day by day. I’ve been very fortunate to have experienced a sense of freedom, waking up with the birds, peacefully easing into the day. 

If you are a local, you may have seen my van parked at the shop. However, she’s taking a sabbatical, a break from the world herself. 

My van has disappeared but I’m still here. Assisting, offering a moment to catch your breath, to release and recalibrate.
